the all-inclusive buffet featured made-to-order omelettes and pizzas. there was also a snack bar (it was very convenient in the afternoons). the selection of drinks and cocktails was very good too.

I loved the spacious, clean rooms. the reception staff was helpful and cute. the entertainment team was friendly and bubbly. mohammad from the club jambo team was approachable. i had the best time at the bollywood night. It was different. the team's energy and hospitality were always positive.

the air conditioning in the room was very loud. the room felt cold and i asked for the problem to be resolved. i was told the hotel was full and offered blankets. the meals were repetitive, with little diversity, and the preparation was careless.

I found the rooms were spacious and kept clean daily. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job replacing toiletries and linens regularly. The pools were a major hit with my kids. They especially loved the water slides. Safety was always monitored by staff which I valued.

The gym looked a bit outdated. There was a treadmill I saw was broken.
